Shipping:
Our couriers are Canpar, UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. Orders over $2500 shipped with our couriers qualify for our free freight program. Freight charges may be deducted from invoices over $2500 if the invoice is paid within 30 days. No other discounts can be combined with the free freight program.
Customers may request we use a different courier or express service at the customer’s expense.
DISCLAIMER: Once the shipment leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to work with you and the courier to rectify any delivery delays and issues but order refunds will not be provided for shipments that arrive later than estimated.
Returns:
We are proud of the quality of our products. If there is a warranty issue with an item purchased from Red Pine, please fax or email a short description of the problem. We will deal with your problem promptly by supplying a return authorization or by issuing a credit.
